The rooms and suites are usually available from 3.00 pm and are reserved until 6.00 pm. Should you be arriving later or earlier, please notify us. The Gourmet Pension PLUS starts on the day of arrival with an afternoon snack and ends on the departure day with breakfast.
The booking confirmed by us in writing will only be valid after receipt of your deposit of € 300,- by bank transfer to our business account listed below. The final reservation of the room will be made immediately upon receipt of your deposit.
For a stay of up to three days we charge a 10 % short stay surcharge.

We ask you to vacate the rooms and suites on the day of departure by no later than 11.00 am. Please note that our reception is open from 8.00 am. If you want to leave earlier, you have the option to pay your hotel bill the day before until 9.30 pm. Our baggage car is available for you at the reception.

Food intolerances - we pay attention to your diet
Please inform us in good time of any food intolerances and allergies so that we can respond to your desired form of nutrition during your stay. For your information: For vegan menus we charge a fair surcharge of only € 10,- due to the high effort involved.
The local tax is currently € 2,20 per person per night. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.
We ask that you pay the final bill at the reception. Accepted payment methods in Euro: Visa, Master Card, debit card or in cash (preferred). Please speak with your house bank about the debit conditions for your debit card.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
The conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply as agreed. In your interest, we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance (European cancellation insurance). Take precautions and avoid additional cancellation fees by taking out travel insurance! The corresponding information and forms are available directly from us.
The same cancellation terms apply as at Booking.com
- Cancellation and changes made up to 30 days before date of arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations and changes up to 14 days before date of arrival will be charged 50 percent of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations and changes up to 7 days before date of arrival will be charged 70 percent of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations and changes made late, as well as no-shows will be charged the total amount.
In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained in any case. For early departure or late arrival or cancellation we charge the cancellation fee according to the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations.
Dogs (up to 25 kg) only on request.
Cleaning fee of € 25,- per day (without food). Other pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding that your dog is not allowed in the hotel restaurant and in the Natur Alpin Spa. Only after our written confirmation, dogs may be brought along. In the area behind the hotel is a forest with hiking trails that is ideal for your dog to “do its business”.
