If you are driving towards Mayrhofen, do not enter the village - turn left shortly before Mayrhofen (towards Brandberg - Zillergrund) and drive straight into the Brandberg tunnel. After the tunnel, go straight over the wooden bridge and after approx. 300 m you will arrive at the best ski resort in the Alps!

Please vacate the rooms and suites by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Please note that our reception opens at 8.00 am. If you wish to leave earlier, it is possible to settle your hotel bill by 9.30 pm the day before. Our luggage trolley is available for you at the reception, and we will be happy to help you with your luggage on request.

Please note that we can only accept dogs weighing up to 25 kg upon request. The cleaning fee is € 30,- per day (without food). Other pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding that your pets are not allowed in some suites/rooms, in the restaurants, in the Nature Sky Spa as well as in the Nature Alpine Spa and on the sunbathing lawn. Dogs may only be brought along following written reconfirmation from our team. In the area behind the hotel, there is a forest with trails - ideal for hiking in the Alps with your dog.
For a fair surcharge of € 49 p.p. you can enjoy access to the Nature Spa as well as to the entire Sky Spa until 5.00 pm. We are also happy to provide you with a locker, cosy bathrobes and comfortable bath slippers. After enjoying the Alpine gourmet breakfast buffet, indulge in lunchtime with pasta or traditional warm dishes, freshly prepared in the show kitchen. There is also Late Lunch with savoury and sweet snacks, fresh salads and delicate pastries from the in-house patisserie.

We cater to your dietary requirements. Please inform us of any food intolerances and allergies in advance so that we can cater for your desired diet during your stay. For vegan menus, we charge a fair surcharge of €15, due to the extra effort involved.
Flexible & fair – carefree holidays.
You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations and changes made less than 21 days but more than 14 days before the date of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total arrangement price, as stated in the reservation confirmation. Cancellations and changes made less than 14-7 days before arrival and in the event of early departure, will be charged at 90% of the total offer according to the reservation confirmation. Cancellations and changes made less than 7 days before arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged with the total amount (100%).
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
In the event of early departure or late arrival or cancellation, we will charge the cancellation fee in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations.
Our tip: Ideally, consider purchasing travel insurance to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs. Here, we recommend the European Travel Cancellation Insurance.

Important – For all cancellations or rebookings, a lump sum of €50 will be charged!
The confirmed booking is only valid after the payment of your deposit over 50% of the stay,- by bank transfer to our business account listed below. The final reservation of the rooms will be made immediately after we receive your deposit. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be credited.
